Hanukkah in August

Day of the Dead Gal and Fellow using Lion Brand cotton-ease in almond, charcoal, and terracotta.  I'm enjoying all the characters out of the Creepy Cute Crochet book.  I found the Gal's headband to be a little cumbersome to work with so I ended up sewing them together before I sewed the band on her head.  This will make a co-worker very happy, me thinks!

That makes me almost halfway through all of my Christmas gifts!

Knitting lesson for the month:  how to drop a stitch on purpose... :-D

  1. EEE! I love them. Crochet amigurimi are much simpler than the knit kind...

  2. I am impressed that you are organized enough to already be halfway through your presents! I am totally excited about Christmas this year but apparently I need to kick myself in the butt unless I want to end up at the store at 11 pm on Dec. 24. Thanks for the inspiration!!

  3. Thanks ladies! @Cami, I was only motivated by winning prizes in my local Ravelry group otherwise, I'd be next to you in line! :-D
